Xbajee 10 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Registered users will be notified of any changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Important: These Terms and Conditions are provided in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. However, in the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered final.

Account Registration & Eligibility Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on xbajee 10. A national ID or passport may be requested at any time for age verification. Accounts created using false information will be permanently closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If it is found that the same person is operating more than one account, all accounts will be closed and any winnings will be forfeited.
- You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact details at the time of registration.
- Keeping your password secure is your responsibility — do not share it with anyone.
- Report any unusual account activity to the support team immediately.
- Registration is not permitted from countries where xbajee 10 is prohibited.
Caution: Opening an account using someone else's identity or placing bets with a third party's funds is a criminal offence and a direct violation of xbajee 10's policies.
Section 3
Betting Rules & Cancellation Policy
Once a bet is placed and confirmed on xbajee 10, it is considered final. Bets generally cannot be cancelled or modified, unless incorrect odds were displayed due to a platform technical error. xbajee 10 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds.
Odds in live betting can change at any moment. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are considered final. xbajee 10 is not responsible for odds changes caused by loss of internet connection or page refresh.
- Once a match result is confirmed, winnings will be credited to your account within 24 hours.
- If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded in full.
- In a parlay bet, if one event is cancelled, the bet will be recalculated using the remaining events.
- If a match is delayed by more than 12 hours past its scheduled kick-off time, the bet will be considered void.
Note: Always check match details, team news, and weather forecasts before placing a bet. Bet responsibly and never wager beyond your means.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Terms
The minimum deposit amount on xbajee 10 is ৳500, and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All transactions must be made using a mobile banking account registered in the same name. Deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 1 to 6 hours. However, if KYC verification is incomplete or suspicious activity is detected, additional review may take up to 48 hours. xbajee 10 reserves the right to review any withdrawal request.

All bonuses and promotional offers at xbajee 10 come with specific wagering requirements. Always read the terms attached to a bonus before claiming it. The Welcome Bonus typically requires wagering 10x the bonus amount before withdrawal.
If multiple users attempt to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts simultaneously, all bonuses will be cancelled. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.

- Every bonus has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Xbajee 10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons: operating multiple accounts, misuse of the bonus system, providing false information, suspicious financial activity, or any serious breach of platform rules.
Upon account closure, users may request a withdrawal of their valid balance (excluding bonuses). Funds may be held during an ongoing investigation, and a final decision will be made based on the outcome.

- No refunds will be issued if an account is closed due to fraud.

Xbajee 10 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's internet connectivity issues, device malfunction, or poor personal judgment. xbajee 10's total liability to any user shall never exceed the balance held in that user's account at the relevant time.

All disputes with xbajee 10 will first be addressed through amicable resolution. In any dispute, the English version of these Terms and Conditions shall be considered the final and binding document.
